summary: The huntsman finds his game.

He was as gentle as an old gelding with his master, but otherwise he had a temper as black as he was. She had never known a horse so quick to bite or kick.
I should make a picspam for the bromance of Sandor and Stranger.
Or someone with better art skills should.

STRANGER!
Channel surfing and we landed on Black Knight, during a part with a horse that I’m pretty sure is a Friesian, which made me think of Stranger, and why I always picture Stranger as a Friesian.
I know people who don’t like that breed of horse for Stranger always point out how gorgeous they are and their ‘flowing wavy manes’ (true and true), but the reason why I automatically pictured Stranger to be a Friesian is because he reminded me of Goliath from Ladyhawke, as well as the horse in The Mask of Zorro. I don’t really think of Friesians so much for their beauty as I do for the way they are often portrayed in movies - cantankerous, difficult, picky, temperamental. (Plus because of Sandor’s size, I think of his horse being big as well, but not like a Clydesdale or anything; Friesians look big to me.)
IDK I just always felt that Stranger seemed very much inspired by Goliath (a temperamental horse that only really likes his master and no one else; though Goliath does warm up to others easier).
Okay ramblings done. ^^;

Beautiful Freesian from calliespictures.com
How is this horse even real? D:
D8 So preeetty
I literally saw one of these today. My mother had to point out all the fancy new horses that moved in since I was last in town.
If Nathan Explosion was a horse, this would be Nathan, hands down.
So prettieh! (Uh, I mean, so METAL, Nathan.)
Speak of the devil…
